Lucea Wales of Ashby/Brandon-Evansville won the 100 meter hurdles (15.14), Ellie Sosa of Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton was the triple jump champion (38-11.50) and Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale won the boys' 4x800 meter relay (8:05.11) to set the pace on day two of the Class A State Track and Field Meet on Friday at St. Michael-Albertville.

The Heart O' Lakes Conference Track and Field Meet was held on Tuesday.

Perham won the girls team title and DGF took home the boys' HOL team championship.  Runner-up honors went to the Yellowjackets on the boys' side and the Rebels on the girls' side.
