Montana Carsten led Wadena-Deer Creek with 17 points and Addy Gravelle contributed 10 as the Wolverines defeated Pillager, 57-21, Thursday night.  Payton Gravelle chipped in with 9 points for WDC.  “Strong effort tonight for our girls,” commented Head Coach Jordan Cresap. “Felt like everybody has bought into playing tough defense and pursuing rebounds. Everybody impacted the game in a positive way tonight. Very tough week up ahead so back at it to get better tomorrow!”

Alivia Brown led the Huskies with a 10 point performance.
