“We played a much better game tonight,” said Hillcrest Head Coach Debi Foss.  “We attacked the ball better and more cohesive. It was a battle the entire night against the Titans. They did a really good job defensively.  We had some stronger hitting tonight led by Madi Foss who played a very solid game for us.  It’s nice to have her back at 100% following her early season injury.  We’ve got a few things to tweak before tomorrow night, but I know we can do it.”

Stat leaders were Madison Ballweg (16 digs), Hope Adams (8 kills, 4 serving points, 2 block kills), Henrietta Ruud (16/16 serving, 11 service points, 19 set assists, 7 digs), Anna Brumfield (5 kills, 6 digs, 1 block kill), Emily Adams (1 kill, 11 digs, 3 serving points), Ella Knutson (10 digs, 1 kill) and Abby Heikes (4 digs).

The Comets will host the Underwood Rockets on Tuesday night.
