Lady Knights Sweep Past Benson

The West Central Area volleyball team made quick work of the Benson Braves as the Knights posted a 3-0 (25-7, 25-12, 25-22) road win on Thursday night.  “We had a solid performance against the Braves,” said WCA head coach Missy Foslien.  “Serving at 95% is a goal for us and we hit that mark, going 70-for-74 with 10 ace serves.”

Rausch to Play Pro Hockey in Germany

After one of the most decorated careers in Blugold women's hockey history, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire alumnae Sophie Rausch has signed a professional contract with the Mannheim Mad Dogs of the Deutsche Fraueneishockey-Liga or DFEL, also known as the German Women's Ice Hockey League. The team is part of the EKU Mannheim sports club located in Mannheim, Germany.  See the full story here:
