The Fergus Falls Otters fell behind 14-0 at East Grand Forks on Friday night, rallied to tie the game, and then lost, 17-14, on a 21-yard overtime field goal by Drew Carpenter of the Green Wave.  The Otters were held to only 8 offensive plays in the first half and just 28 offensive plays overall.  EGF held them to just 105 yards of offense, 64 on the ground and 41 through the air.
