Park Region All-Conference Boys Basketball Team Announced

Head Boys Basketball Coach Randy Misegades of the Henning Hornets has been named Park Region Conference Coach of the Year, and one of his senior leaders, Mason Hammer (G), has been selected as MVP of the PRC.  Senior Tyson Misegades (G) joins Hammer on the team, along with freshman Kale Misegades (G) and junior Lane Dilly (F). Senior Carter Dilly (G) was an Honorable Mention choice.

 

Henning Boys Basketball Awards

The Henning boys' basketball team put a cap on their 28-2 season when they held their Post Season Awards banquet.  The Hornets were unbeaten in the Park Region Conference and finished as Section runners-up to the  Border West Buccaneers.

Border West Claims Section 6A Boys Basketball Title with Win Over Henning

Dylan Bainbridge (22 points) and Clint Determan (20 points) provided a powerful one-two punch for the Border West boys’ basketball team on Friday night as they combined for 42 points to lead the Buccaneers to the Section 6A championship with a 65-51 victory over the Henning Hornets at the Otter Fieldhouse in Fergus Falls.
