“The boys played with great teamwork on both sides of the floor,” noted Ashby Head Coach John Holsten.  “They shared the ball on offense, guarded the ball well without fouling, and finished defensive possessions with an outstanding effort on the boards.”

With the win Ashby raises their overall record to 4-2 and stand 3-0 in Little Eight Conference play.  The next action for the Arrows is Thursday, January 3, on the road at Wheaton.

Rothsay ends their pre-Christmas schedule with a record of 0-5. They will face East Grand Forks at 2:30pm Thursday at Concordia College in Moorhead in the opening round of the Blizzard of Basketball Holiday Tournament.
