Lyvia Misegades (26 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks, 10-11 FT) and Alivia Gunderson (23 points, 5 3's) combined for 49 points on Friday night, leading the Henning girls' basketball team to a 66-53 win over Battle Lake. Ella Missling was also in double figures with 10 points. The Hornets were 18-of-21 from the free throw line as a team.
Battle Lake placed three players in double figures, led by Sophie Akerman's double-double (19 points, 11 rebounds). Laney Frost scored 14 and Kenady Cameron had 10 points and 6 rebounds.
