Elsa Retzlaff scored a game high 27 points and Ella Knutson just missed a triple-double with 12 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 6 steals.  Ruby Peterson nearly had a double-double with 14 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. 

“Emme Berge had her best game of the year, scoring 10 points and grabbing 7 rebounds,” noted Coach Clark.  “Her defense was outstanding, and, like always, was a big spark for the team.  We played very unselfish basketball and did a good job finding the open teammate and knocking down shots.  Ella did so much for us on both ends of the floor.  She did a great job on her defensive assignment guarding Yaggie, limiting open looks and making sure we secured the rebound.  Elsa and Ruby shot the ball well and knocked down some big, timely 3’s.  This was a great win before playoffs.  The girls were able to gain a lot of confidence and momentum going into next week.”

Breckenridge (13-12) will host Crookston in their regular season finale on Friday night.
