Wadena-Deer Creek bounced back from their loss in Perham on Tuesday night to claim a 54-51 overtime victory in New York Mills on Thursday.  “Wasn’t perfect or pretty, but adversity struck and our girls really came together down the stretch,” commented Wolverines Head Coach Jordan Cresap. “Jenna Dykhoff made multiple game changing plays throughout the game, and helped will us to the win.  We have a tough one again tomorrow at DGF.”

Three Wolverines reached double figures, led by Montana Carsten with 13.  Addyson Gravelle and Payton Gravelle finished with 11 and 10 points, respectively.  Jada Dykhoff contributed 9 points and Jenna Dykhoff chipped in with 7.
