The Fergus Falls boys' basketball team lost to Alexandria 77-72 in overtime on Tuesday night on the Cardinals home floor.  The Otters trailed by ten points, 61-51 with 6 minutes to go in regulation time.  The Otters proceeded to go on a 7-point run to pull to within 61-58 with under 3 minutes on the clock.  Alex Ellison tied the game at 64-64 with 30 seconds remaining, forcing overtime.

Alexandria scored 13 overtime points compared to just 8 for the Otters.  Mason Witt led all scorers with 24 points in the game, including 6 in OT.

Fergus Falls (5-6) will host St. Cloud on Friday night.
