The Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Boys Soccer Team defeated the Pelican Rapids Vikings Tuesday evening by the score of 2-0.

“The game was a goal tender battle with both goalies making excellent saves," said Hillcrest Head Coach Rod Jensen.  "Freshman Comet Franki Renner was perfect in goal for the Comets and earned his first shutout stopping nine shots on goal, including five some incredible saves.  We saw excellent defensive efforts against the athletic Vikings throughout the game from Senior Captain, Noah Bjorndahl, Kian Stender, Caleb Holm, Drew Fischer, Max Anderson, TJ Idudu, Lincoln Nash, and Otavio Roseira.”
