“After a lot of scheduling around the weather, we were able to make it work to host a home meet,” said Head Coach Niki Welde.  “Thank you to all our volunteers who helped make this happen.  It was so refreshing to compete outside for the first time.  We saw an amazing amount of season bests, just by getting outside.”

Ella Starzl led the Otters with a season best in winning the long jump.  She also placed in the high jump, 100 meter dash and as a member of the 4x200 relay team. 

Rachel DeBrito jumped a season best in the long jump and place in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, and on the 4x200 relay team.

Distance runners were led by Violet McConn, who had a season best time in the 800, and also ran on the 4x800 relay team, Estee VerSteeg in the 1600 and in two relays, the 4x800 and the 4x400, and Cassie Wellman, who placed in both the 1600 and 3200 meter runs.
