Foss was joined in double figures by Ella Knutson with 16 and Maddie Ballweg with 15.  Knutson also had 7 rebounds.  Lizzy Olstad added 7 points, Ruby Peterson had 7 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals, and Elsa Retzlaff finished with 3 points and 7 rebounds.

“Madi Foss played well for us tonight leading us in rebounds with 10, 6 being offensive, and finishing out the double-double with 14 points,” said Hillcrest Head Coach Hannah Clark. “She has such a nose for the ball and she gave our team multiple opportunities to score the basketball. Ella did a great job establishing herself down low. She’s so strong and does a nice job finishing around the rim. Ruby was once again the spark that got our team going, she had a great all-around game for us.  It was a fun night getting to honor our seniors, Maddie, Madi and Lizzy,” said Coach Clark. “They are a great group of girls and have done a great job leading this team.”

Myah Rosing led Lake Park-Audubon with 13 points. 

Hillcrest (17-9, 11-6 LEC) will open post season play against an opponent to be determined on Monday night on their home floor.
