“It was a nice effort from our guys tonight in an important section matchup,” said Pelican Rapids Head Coach John Gullingsrud. “We were solid defensively and didn’t let the Wolverines get comfortable offensively which was a big key. We spread the ball around on offense and had contributions from multiple players who stepped up and hit shots.”
Charlie Larson led four Vikings in double figures, scoring 12 points. Miguel Torres scored 11, while Ian Fahje and Hunter Williams had 10 points apiece.
