Alexandria Boys Dominate Otters

The Alexandria boys’ basketball team won their eighth straight game on Thursday night when they handed Fergus Falls a 64-22 loss.  The Cardinals scored the first 12 points of the game and led 32-10 at the half.  Grayson Grove, who scored the first 14 points of the game for the Cardinals finished with 26 points and 15 rebounds.

Jaxon Schoenrock joined Grove in double figures with 10 points.

Henry Bethel had 10 points for the Otters and Josh Sternberg had 4.  Hayden Knick and Alex Ellison each hit a 3-point field goal in the second half for their only points.

Fergus Falls (4-6) will try to avoid a five game losing streak when they face Perham at ‘The Hive’ on Saturday night.

Alexandria (8-1) will play at Sartell on Tuesday night.
