The Brandon-Evansville boys’ basketball team won their first round game in the Kimball Holiday Tournament on Friday night, handing the host team a 75-70 loss.  “I thought we played hard tonight and we were able to come out with the win,” said B-E Head Coach Trent Hintermeister.  “Kimball is long and athletic, they rebound well and they made our guys work for the win.”

Dezmond White scored 19 points to lead the Chargers and Micah Fuller added a dozen.  Carter White and Riley Perleberg contributed 9 points each.

“We played 11 guys and had 9 of them score,” said Coach Hintermeister.  “All 14 players on our team contributed and it was fun to be a part of.  We are looking forward to playing a very talented Mora team on Saturday.”
