Lady Vikings Advance in 8AA with Win Over Park Rapids Area

Morgan Korf had a big night, scoring 24 points and securing 10 rebounds to lead the Pelican Rapids girls’ basketball team to a 55-45 win over Park Rapids Area in their first Section 8AA playoff contest.

Elllie Welch scored 18 points and snared 9 rebounds, just missing a double-double.  Kelsey Isaman led the Vikings with 11 rebounds.

The lady Vikings (14-10) will now travel to Menahga for a 7:00pm matchup with the Braves on Saturday night.
