“This was a really nice win for our team,” said Warriors Head Coach Jordon Roos. “We came out a little sloppy to start the game but the last 3/4 of the game we gave a great defensive effort and moved the ball around well offensively. We hope to continue with our momentum with some more tough games coming up.”
Wheaton/Herman-Norcross shot 46% from the field and held Parkers Prairie to 29.6% shooting.
Dylan Bainbridge and Clint Determan led the Warriors with 22 and 19 points, respectively. Bainbridge completed a double-double with 10 assists. Caden Spilde had a team high 7 rebounds, scored 8 points and dished out 3 assists.
Wheaton/Herman-Norcross (11-4) has won five straight games. They will be in Moorhead to face Park Christian on Saturday night.
