Ninth Ranked Perham Girls Hit 11 3's in Road Win Over DGF

The ninth-ranked Perham girls’ basketball team cruised to a 69-27 victory over Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton in Glyndon on Thursday night.

Sydney Anderson returned to the lineup in a big way. Anderson started the 3-point party for the Yellowjackets in the first half, connecting on four of her six 3-pointers in the opening half. She finished with a game-high of 25 points. The Yellowjackets hit 11 3-pointers in the convincing road win.

Olivia Pilgrim caught fire in the first half, connecting on three 3-pointers and finishing with 11 points in the win. Willow Thiel added 11 points for Perham.

The Yellowjackets outscored the Rebels 33-12 in the first half and extended the lead by outscoring the Rebels by the same margin in the second half when they improved to 4-0 in the Heart O'Lakes Conference. The Yellowjackets are 7-3 overall on the season after the road win.
