“It was a competitive game today with multiple lead changes in the 2nd half,” reported Head Coach Zachary Traphagen of B-E. “I thought the girls did a really nice job of staying patient offensively, taking good shots, and moving the ball around the perimeter. We shot very poorly from the Free Throw line, but made some timely ones late in the game to seal the win. It feels good to get back in the win column after a tough 4 game stretch. Tomorrow we will play Lakeview, so we will need to carry over this momentum into the game.”
Kylee Dingwall scored a game high 15 points, sinking 5-of-9 shots from the field. She also had 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Olivia Otto contributed 14 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 steals.
The Chargers shot 32% (19-58) from the floor, making 6-of-17 3’s for 35%.
Brandon-Evansville is 3-4.
