“We jumped out to a big lead, going up 20-0 behind some really tough defense,” reported Battle Lake Head Coach David Marso.  “The Falcons got things going a bit to close the half, but we were able to maintain the lead and a 36-14 margin to the locker room.”

Morgan Malone chipped in with7 points in the home court win for the Battlers.

“I thought the girls really made a statement defensively to open the game and played a nice, consistent game the rest of the way,” concluded Coach Marso.
