Hancock Girls Make it 15 Straight Wins

The Hancock girls’ basketball team held a 28-15 edge on the boards and shot the ball at a 48.6% (18-37) clip on Thursday night in Morris as the handed Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta a 47-39 loss.  The Tigers shot just 33.3% (13-39) on the night.

 

Rylee Hanson just missed a double-double with 12 points and 9 rebounds to lead the lady Owls.  Tori Pahl added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists, and Carlee Hanson had 10 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists.  Kaitlyn Staples chipped in with 8 points and 2 steals.

Hancock (15-0) will try to put the cap on an unbeaten regular season when they travel to Graceville next Thursday to face C-G-B.
