The Prowlers took a 14-5 lead early in the game, but Barnesville finished the first half on a 34-8 run to take a 39-22 lead into the locker room at halftime. A 24-12 run by Thief River in the second half cut the Barnesville lead to five points at 51-46, however, a 17-11 run to end the game lifted the Trojans to victory. 

Adam Tonsfeldt hit eight free throws down the stretch and had a team high 19 points to go along with 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Hunter Zenzen had 13 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals, and Kellen Hinsz finished with 9 points and 4 rebounds. 

Barnesville (12-6) will face Frazee on Saturday in a girl/boy doubleheader at Concordia College in Moorhead.
