"Ashby shot the ball really well in the first half, but we were able to get out to a 20 point lead early in the second half but then struggled to take care of the ball and rebound," said Head Coach Brian Hovland of the Rockets.  "I thought we did a really nice job of attacking and finding our posts for easy conversions."

Morgan Evavold (19 points, 13 rebounds) contributed a double-double for Underwood.  Ally Johnson just missed a double-double with 12 points and 9 rebounds.  Kayla Rocholl had 13 points and 4 steals, Brooke Hovland added 8 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists, Ceri Meech had 8 points and 6 boards, and Josey Bugbee chipped in with 7 points and 4 rebounds.

Underwood will host Park Christian School on Friday, while Ashby will host Hancock on Tuesday night.
