“The CLC is always a tough meet,” commented Fergus Falls Head Coach Randy Hansen. “We are pretty pleased with our 6th place finish. It was interesting to see how each team swam after such a chaotic two weeks of school and training.  Besides Alex and Sartell who were battling for the championship, everyone swam kind of flat.” 

Both divers earned All-Conference honors and two swimmers were honorable mentnion All-Conference.

“Congratulations to our all conference divers, Caleb Neubauer and Evan Erlandson, who actually tied for 3rd. The odds of that happening after 11 dives are next to impossible,” said Coach Hansen. “Also congratulations to our honorable mention swimmers Tyler Hansen in the 100 fly and Sawyer Votava in the 500 free. And even though he didn’t earn conference honors, Tristan Trosvig swam his best 100 Breaststroke of the year, which is a good sign going into the section meet in two weeks.”
