Knight coach Kraig Hunter said, "Gage Staples did a good job of holding their leading scorer Caleb Cardwell to 6 points.  As a team CGB played well.  Sam Adelman had a good game for them with 17 points and 14 rebounds and 8th grader Cole Gilsdorf hit 4 of 5 threes and had 13 points.  They really tried to slow the game down and spread things out.  Our guys did a good job of sticking to things and built our biggest lead up to 29 points.  It was a balanced effort with everyone contributing.  Great game by Gavin going 7-7 from the field."

Scoring for CGB were Sam Adelman 17, Cole Gilsdorf 13, Caleb Cardwell 6, Nate Moberg 5, Chandler Combelick 5, and Ryan Geray 2.
