The Ashby Arrows Boys Basketball Team defeated the Park Christian Falcons in an overtime thriller 74-72.  The host Arrows outscored the Falcons 13-11 in the overtime session.  Park Christian tied the game at 61 with a three by Jonah Williams at the end of regulation.  Noah Johnson made the game's deciding basket for the Arrows converting a layup with under 10 seconds to play.

The Arrows had four players in double figures led by Jaden Norby's 24 points.  Christian Norby added 16.  Scott Johnson netted 12 and Noah Johnson contributed 11 points.  Dakota Ecker made 7 points and Hunter Norby rounded out the scoring with 4 including a big three in the overtime.

The Falcons Tanner Brunsberg led all scorers with 32 points.  Jonah Williams finished with 19 points.

Jaden Norby and Christian Norby completed double-doubles by collecting rebound totals of 20 and 12, respectively.

“We allowed a good working margin to get away from us down the stretch because of poor coaching decisions, turnovers, and missed free throws,” noted Ashby Head Coach John Holsten.  “The boys exhibited a great amount of toughness to hang on for the win.”

The Arrows overall record improves to 6-3 with the win.  Next up is a Little Eight Conference battle with the Brandon-Evansville Chargers Tuesday night in Ashby.
