OTC earned forfeit victories in six weight classes which propelled them to a 46-18 win. Those wins were picked up by Kalen Kraft (113), Matt Hendricks (138), Max Naddy (145), Zane Swanson (160), Wyatt Thorson (220), and Cian Buehler (285). To go along with a 11-0 major decision by Nik Gardin (152), a 8-2 decision from Logan Schleske (132) and a 4-1 decision by Connor Tierney. 

NYM would win the other five matches that took place. Kaden Johnson (170) was pinned by 8th ranked Dylan Fischer, Brien Poser dropped a 6-0 decision to 8th ranked Carter Haman, Hayden Hart (126) lost by 3-1 decision to 10th ranked Dane Niemi, and Will Ehlert (182) lost a 2-0 decision to Elliot Mann. 

The Bulldogs start Friday at 11:15am with a rematch of last years Class A 5th place match against Blackduck/ Cass Lake/ Bena. They will then wrestle Detroit Lakes and host school Bemidji to finish day ones pool competition.
