With the loss of only one player from their team that finished 14-11 a year ago, the Fergus Falls girls hockey team is poised to make a strong run at the Section 6A championship this season.

"We have the potential to be three lines deep and score goals," said Head Coach Tim Lill, now in his fifth season.  "Consistent goaltending and depth at defense will betermine when the season ends.  The girls have rightfully set the bar high and are extremely excited and capable of having a lot of success."

"Alexandria again will be the team to beat in Section 6A," said Coach Lill.  "Willmar and Rocori/River Lakes will also be in the mix."

Lill will be assisted by Todd HershnerFritz KarsniaBrooks Andersen and Niki Kaasa.
