Cowboys Bounce Back with 41-12 Win Over Frazee

Breckenridge ran for 239 yards and jumped out to a 35-0 lead on Friday night against Frazee. The Cowboys went on to defeat the Hornets by the score of 41-12. 

Cooper Yaggie scored the first touchdown of the night on a one yard run and Charles Boldingh added the PAT kick to give the home team a 7-0 lead. The Cowboys increased their lead to 14-0 on a 69 yard run by Caden Mcgough and an extra point kick by Boldingh. 

In the second quarter, Hunter Feigum scored on an 11 yard run and Lucas Arnhalt booted the extra point through the uprights to make the score 21-0. Yaggie then connected with Mcgough for a 41 yard TD pass and Boldingh kicked the PAT to give the Cowboys a 28-0 lead. A three yard run by Daniel Erlandson and a Boldingh extra point kick gave Breckenridge a 35-0 halftime lead. 

Feigum scored on a ten yard run in the third quarter as Breckenridge expanded their lead to 41-0. Frazee scored on a 3 yard pass from Cole Fleisher to Broden Fleisher in the third quarter and Dylan Selly scored on a two yard run in the fourth quarter.

Leaders for Breckenridge were Mcgough (6 attempts, 98 yards, 2 receptions, 56 yards), Erlandson (5 attempts, 59 yards) and Yaggie (3-for-3 passing, 62 yards). 

Frazee was led by Selly (16 carries, 44 yards), Cole Fleisher (9-for-20, 83 yards) and Broden Fleisher (6 receptions, 42 yards) and George Flynn (1 catch, 67 yards). 

Breckenridge (5-2) will play at third-ranked Barnesville next Wednesday.
