"We are so proud of the effort the girls gave tonight," said Head Coach Ben Jurgens.  "We implemented a defensive scheme and had girls playing different positions and they never blinked an eye.  While Brainerd had a significant edge in possession time we held our own and earned several offensive opportunities in both halves.  Even after Brainerd scored our girls kept competing until the final horn.  If we take this attitude into the playoffs the girls will play fine soccer."

Fergus Falls will close out their regular season schedule with a 4:00pm contest in Crookston on Monday.
