Wheaton/Herman-Norcross collected 9 hits on Friday as they posted a 5-1 victory over Hankinson in their season opening softball game.  Jadyn Kellen (7IP, 4H, 1ER, 2BB, 8K) went the distance in the circle, earning the victory for the Warriors.  A 3-run fifth inning broke a 1-1 tie and Wheaton/Herman-Norcross added a single run in the sixth inning.

Addison Blume (3-4, 2B, RBI, R, SB), Hadley Berger (1-3, 3B, 2RBI), Grace Dawson (3B, SB, RBI, R), Emily Drewicke (1-4, RBI, R) and Jordyn Perry (1-3, R) were the offensive leaders for the Warriors.
