Senior guard Timmy Guler of the Pelican Rapids boys' basketball team is the Olson Oil Company Athlete of the Week. 

Guler led the Vikings to the Section 8AA championship last week at Concordia College in Moorhead.  He scored 20 points in the Vikings 78-65 win over East Grand Forks and then turned in an impressive stat line (22 points, 9 assists, 5 rebounds) in their 82-49 thumping of Park Rapids Area in the title game.
