Hawley hosted Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton in a Heart O’ Lakes Conference boys’ basketball contest on Tuesday night and the Rebels held off the Nuggets for a 56-54 win.  “DGF came to play tonight and we didn’t match their energy,” stated Hawley Head Coach Nate Stoa.  “They did a good job limiting some of our actions, and they out-hustled us on some big rebounds and loose balls.  One positive was Jack Justesen getting going from outside again after a few tough shooting game.”

Brevin Stoa scored 23 points to lead the Nuggets.  Justesen added 11 and Noah Nelson had 9.

Landon Johnson led DGF with 17 points and Austin Anderson joined him in double digits with 10.

DGF (11-8, 7-2 HOL) has a home game with Breckenridge on Friday.

Hawley (10-9, 5-5 HOL) will face Central Cass at Moorhead High School on Saturday at 10:30am.
