The Underwood girls’ basketball team claimed the Valkyrie Division Championship at the Minnesota National Bank Classic on Friday in Pelican Rapids, beating West Central Area by the score of 70-46.  “Probably our best game we have played both defensively, and other than a short span in the middle of the first half, offensively,” said Underwood Head Coach Brian Hovland.  “We rotated defensively and did a very good job of understanding matchups.”
