“This was a great day to run, the fall air makes for great running conditions,” said Fergus Falls Head Coach Derek Meyer. “Most of our athletes once again put out their best performance today. We had a lot of big time drops and outstanding performances that just make me smile, these are great confidence building times going into our final races. I am excited for the next few weeks and we will continue to get better and our team back to 100 percent. The varsity boys put together the race day I hoped for, it’s always a good day being ahead of some of the larger teams in Moorhead and Bemidji.”
