Here is Coach Welde's review of some of her runners.

"Cassie Wellman ran an amazing all time best .  She has been running and continues to run so strong this season.  She has a laser focus that helps her to meet every goal she sets.

Here is Coach Welde's review of the day for some of her runners.

Naomi Dummer ran 12 seconds off her all time best as a senior.  I love the fact that we have 3 meets on the schedule and these girls are dropping these times.

Sarah Grotberg, Julia Anderson, and Hannah Scharnberg all ran within 30 seconds of their all time bests.

Brynn Blondeau ran within 10 seconds of her all time best.  These are all amazing results as we are deep into the grind of the training season.

Olivia Berstetter dropped almost 4 minutes off her best.  This is such an affirming result for her, as she sees what she can accomplish as a new runner to Otter CC.

Sonia Lahti and Jenna Thorson both came up with excellent times.

Our Middle School team ran to great times today too.  Lydia Uggerud ran within 2 seconds of her all time best.  She has been such a stable leader on this MS team.  Natalie Gerner and Olivia Budke both had season all time bests to place well in this tough Field. "
