The Alexandria Cardinal Boys Soccer team traveled down I94 for a 2 point conference matchup against the Sartell Sabres. Sadly, the Cardinals allowed the Sabres to remain unbeaten in the season with a 5-0 loss. While the Sabres played an aggressive attack, the Cardinals maintained equal possession throughout the match. The Cardinals couldn't seem to get going in this match and the score reflects it.
The Gatorade of the Game went to Camden Kosters who continued to show positivity and determination throughout the entire match. He played strong and gave every play his all, which showed great support to the team.
The Cardinal Boys Soccer Team is currently 5-2-3 on the season and will look to travel to Willmar on Saturday for a 4:30pm kickoff for what will surely be another great match.
