Fergus Falls hosted St. Cloud Tech in a Central Lakes Conference volleyball match at Kennedy Secondary School.  The Tigers posted a 3-0 (25-19, 2-23, 25-23) victory over the Otters.  “It has been a long week for our lady Otters and you could tell our energy and fight left in us was minimal,” said Head Coach Sabrina Noon.

The Otters were led by Karissa Eberle (16 set assists, 1 solo block, 6 digs), Macee Butler (22 digs, 3 aces), Brynn Sternberg (13 digs, 5 kills), Bella Anderson (3 aces, 4 kills, 1 assisted block) and Grey Korinek (4 kills, 1 assisted block, 3 digs).  Brook Zierden added 4 digs and Rachel Debrito had 3 kills.

“We had some great defensive plays and our passing kept our offense in the game,” stated Coach Noon.  “Our offense made some really great hits throughout the game, unfortunately, we struggled to keep the ball in the court at very crucial times.  Hopefully, after the weekend, the girls will be rested and up and ready to get that fight back in us.”
