M State was led by Kendra Emery with 17 kills. Kaleigh Sip and Faith Marion with 12 kills and 11 kills, respectively.   Kaleigh Peterson contributed 6 kills and 2 blocks.  Madi Foss served up 3 of the Spartans 8 aces.  Cassie Dahl distributed 39 set assists.  Defensive leaders were Maddie Ballweg with 23 digs and Marion with 13.  Serving leaders were  Foss (19/20, 3 aces), Marion (15/16, 2 aces), Dahl (14/15, 1 ace) and Peterson (11/13, 2 aces).  Avery Knutson was a perfect 8-for-8 on the serving line.

Leaders for Minnesota West were Kiarra Danielson with 10 kills, Ella Hesse with 9 kills and Lexi Schreurs with 8 kills and 4 blocks for kills.  Kat Polziine had 3 aces serves, as did Danielson.

M State will host Anoka-Ramsey on Friday night at 6:30pm.
