The Ottertail Central Dawgs Red season ended with a 7-6 loss to Alexandria Black on Friday in the South District 15U Tournament at Fergus Falls. Coach Ryan Hendrickson said, “I couldn’t be more proud of this team for how we finished the season. I saw a ton of improvement throughout the season, but most definitely it grew the most at the end of the season.”
Collecting one hit apiece for OTC were Brady Saurer, Charlie Bertrand, Austin Sem, Landon Harig, and Sam Ravenscraft. Ravenscraft took the loss, surrendering six run on six hits over three innings, striking out one batter.
Alexandria Black had ten hits in the game and had four players steal at least two bases each.
