Three pitchers teamed up for the Ottertail Central 15U Black baseball team to record a 15-0 shutout of Broder West on Thursday. Kale Misegades (3IP, 1H, 0R, 5K, 1BB) started on the mound and gained the win. Ryan Despard and Olin Link entered the game out of the bullpen and finished up the game.
OTC notched six runs in the second inning to take a 7-0 lead. OTC racked up ten hits in the game with Despard and Quenton Beske collecting multiple hits. Beske went 3-for-4 to lead the way.
“This was a great game overall for the team,” said OTC 15U Head Coach Evan Meece. “We played very well defensively, threw strikes, and executed at the plate.”
