Ottertail Central 15U Red fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 20-4 loss to Perham on Saturday. The Dawgs struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Perham and pitcher Austin Schmelz struck out 13 batters, while allowing four hits and four runs over seven innings.
Trinity Baker, Grady Shebeck, Evan Bond, and Graham Huschka all had one hit to lead the OTC Dawgs Red. Perham racked up 11 hits in the game and stole five bases.
