Brandon-Evansville overcame a 5-4 deficit with six runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to defeat Lake Park-Audubon, 11-5, in a non-conference baseball contest on Friday afternoon.

“Both Carter White and Lucas Fuller gave us quality innings on the mound as they combined for 11 strikeouts,” reported B-E Head Coach Brian Perleberg.  “Our defense made plays behind them and the offense gave us some early run support, which helped take off some of the pressure.  We also ran the bases better today than in past games and limited our strikeouts, which put some extra runners on base.”

The Chargers will play Mahnomen/Waubun next Monday in Evansville at 4:30pm.
