The Ortonville Trojans walked-off the Hancock Owls on Thursday, winning their Little Eight Conference battle by the score of 4-3. Ortonville had 11 hits in the game and played errorless ball. Hancock scored twice in the fourth to tie the game at 2-2, but Ortonville went back in front with a run in the bottom of the fourth. The Owls pulled even a 3-3 with a run in the top of the sixth, setting the stage for the walk-off heroics in the bottom of the seventh.
Carter Lee had 3 hits and drove in two runs to lead the Trojans. Carter Brown also delivered 3 hits for Ortonville. Connor Danielson struck out six batters on the mound.
Matt Aslagson and Donovan Curfman each drove in a run for Hancock. Davin Rose struck out five batters in six innings.
