The Alexandria Girls Golf Team traveled to Brainerd to play in the 3rd Central Lakes Conference meet of the season on Tuesday. This event was played at the Pine Beach East Course at Madden's Resort. "We had to battle a 10 - 15 mph wind and some diabolic hole locations, but prevailed with a season best team score of 319," reported Head Coach Tim Zupfer. "The team carded a season high 12 birdies throughout their rounds, which made up for a few of the bigger numbers on our score cards."

"The team looks to enjoy a couple good days of practice, before heading to the Minnewaska Golf Club on Friday and hosting an invite at the Geneva Golf Club on Saturday," added Coach Zupfer.
