The Ottertail Central softball team recorded a 10-4 win over Pelican Rapids on Friday, scoring in every inning but the seventh. “Give OTC credit, as they made some very nice plays on defense and put the ball in play,” commented Vikings Head Coach Derrick Nelson.
Leading hitters for Pelican Rapids were Sylvia Pesch (2-4, 2R), Zayli Arrow (2-4, 2RBI), Claudia Gurath (2-3, BB, RBI), Kia Nelson (1-3, 2R, BB) and Ava Simpson (3BB).
Pelican Rapids will host Staples-Motley at 4:30pm on Monday.
