Dylan Debilzen (7IP, 7K, 1BB, 1H) threw a complete game shutout on Thursday, leading Parkers Prairie to a 3-0 win over Ottertail Central.  “His defense was flawless behind him,” stated Head Coach Derek Denny of the Panthers.  “The only OTC baserunner to reach via a hit was quickly erased as David Revering tossed a strike to Chase Thieschafer waiting at second to tag the potential base stealer.”

Kale Misegades started the game for the Bulldogs and recorded nine outs.  He surrendered three runs on three hits over three innings, striking out one batter and walking zero.  Lane Dilly had the only OTC hit, a first inning single.

“Offensively, we didn’t pound the ball, but got hits when we needed them,” said Coach Denny.  “Nolan Steidl delivered a bases loaded one-out single to score Isaac Grabow and Dylan Debilzen, and Zach Mrnak had a sacrifice fly to plate Mason Boesl.”

Ottertail Central will play two games on Monday in Henning as they host Pelican Rapids at 2:00pm and Sebeka at 4:30pm.

OTC won the JV game, 10-0.  The junior high teams split with OTC winning 5-3 in game one and Parkers Prairie winning 8-3 in game two.
