Chris Berent is in year 18 as Head Coach of the Pillager Boys’ Golf Team. The Huskies have a solid group of returning letter winners to lead them in the 2023 season, a season where Coach Berent sees Ottertail Central and Border West as the favorites in the Quad County Conference, and Staples-Motley as the top team in Section 6AA.
Juniors Drew Berent and Brendan Bricachek, and sophomore Braedyn Berent will serve as team captains. Eighth-graders Jackson Camacho and Parker Pallansch are also back. Junior Kobe Schultz and Carter Gustafson will also be in the varsity mix.
Scott Kimman will serve as JV and Junior High coach. Missy Koel is the girls’ Head Coach.
